On Mac, refresh rates reach up to 165 Hz on M4/M5, while M1–M3 and Intel Macs (2020 or later) support 5K at 60 Hz over the same connection. On PC, DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 and HDMI 2.1 FRL enable native 5K at up to 180 Hz with a compatible GPU.

Typical desktop monitors sustain around 300 nits. Many professional displays can exceed this briefly, but reduce brightness as soon as bright scenes persist. The P27Z maintains 600 nits of sustained full-screen brightness, delivering deep and controlled highlights without fluctuation, paired with a 1500:1 contrast ratio for true depth in shadows.

Each Kuycon P27Z is individually color-calibrated at the factory, ensuring the image you see matches the creator’s intent. With over a billion 10-bit colors, a wide gamut covering 99% of sRGB and 98% of DCI-P3, it preserves smooth gradients without banding or color shifts across the panel.
