Fast & Reliable Delivery

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, anywhere in the world. Our primary inventory is shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facilities, while dedicated stock is held in Europe for warranty replacements and support.

Shipping methods

  • Delivery is handled by trusted international carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Colissimo or Chronopost), depending on the destination.
  • We reserve the right to change the selected carrier during processing in order to optimise delivery times and costs.

Estimated delivery times

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or over the weekend are processed from the next business day.

Please note

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact customer support and refuse the parcel on delivery; the package will then return to our warehouse and return transport costs may apply.

Returns & Withdrawal

We do our best to make sure you are satisfied. Here is how to proceed with a return.

Right of withdrawal

  • You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Before any return, you must notify us through our contact form and include the parcel tracking number.
  • The product must be new, unopened and in its original packaging. Any opened, used or damaged product cannot be refunded.

Defective product or order error

  • Contact us through the contact form, attaching photos of the product.
  • After verification, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Dead-pixel policy

  • Standard: up to 3 dead or bright pixels (outside the central 5 cm × 5 cm area) are within tolerance.
  • Warranty coverage: free replacement or full refund in the event of more than 3 defects, or any defect within the central area.

Return address

Returns are processed through our European service center in France. Please contact our customer support first to receive your return authorisation and the exact return address.
